If you try to go and ask them now, they would probably answer evolution. They were just born to cheat. Or even perhaps, men will always be men. Moreover, in the recent study, it was even shown that it is in the nature of men to seek fertile and younger wombs.

But women would react! How about them? If it is really true that evolution can cause man to risk his marriage, what effect does that have on women’s sexuality.

Today, a new study shows that evolutionary forces also push women to the limit, they can be as sexual as men. Although in unexpected ways, in the article, it was stated that they found women in their 30s and early 40s are significantly more sexual than younger women. Women ages 27 through 45 report not only having more sexual fantasies (and more intense sexual fantasies) than women ages 18 through 26 but also having more sex, period. What is surprising, is they are more willing than younger women to have casual sex, even one-night stands. In other words, despite the girls-gone-wild image of promiscuous college women, it is women in their middle years who are America’s most sexually industrious.

By contrast, men’s sexual interest and output are usually measured by a reported number of orgasms per week, peaks in the teen years and then settles on a steady level. But men can be as sexually active even in their 70s, but women’s sexual behaviour declines after menopause.

So why would women be more sexually active in their middle years than in their teens and 20s? The reason was simple, study shows that it would be good for woman to be sexually active as their fertility declines.

Our females ancestors grew accustomed to watching many of their children, where as many as half die due to various ailments, warfare, and starvation before they have kids on their own. This trauma has left a psychological imprint to bear as many children as possible, thus, becoming wanting to have sex more and more.

Honestly, I am a victim of this like many other people – the one thing that we have in common is high cholesterol. There are two types of cholesterol – the bad and the good. And in most cases, people do suffer heart attach when the bad cholesterol goes high or at the very least, are candidates of any heart ailmenst.

But Cleveland Clinic’s Steven Nissen is again pursuing a drug that will attack plaque by raising number of HDL, the technical name of good cholesterol. Nissen has build a prominent career as chief cardiologist at the medical institution and run trials that helped some lifesaving drugs win approval from the Food and Drug Administration.

However, on several occasions, it wasn’t always successful for Nissen. Twice, he tested new drugs designed to keep heart diseases away by boosting good cholesterol with huge investments coming from giant Pfizer. But the strategy has yet to bear fruit and neither of these two drugs made it into the market leaving Pfizer with no heart medicine to replace its current blockbuster medication, Lipitor.

Currently, Nissen is running again clinical trials on a third treatment. This one from Resverlogix, a small Canadian company with no commercial products. If it succeeds, the medicine would help reverse the massive buidup of harmful plaque in blood vessels that causes some of the major heart ailments among age groups.

Nissen said, “I am cautious but optimistic about RVX-208. I hope it springs eternal. We need to keep trying to find an HDL-raising strategy that works.”

According to a study, people with naturally elevated HDL are less likely to suffer heart attacks or die from cardiovascular diseases. Nissen and Resverlogix are hoping that artificially raising HDL will have the same effect. Although it is not yet a sure bet, but it sure is worth the study. People who take the B vitamin niacin, for example, often show higher HDL levels, but it’s not clear this cuts heart-attack risk, one research says.

One of the incentives is being able to group together with other small businesses to buy insurance.

Being a former small business owner, this is certainly good news as far as I am concerned. I remember at one point NOT being able to get insurance at all for our small mom and pop operation. It was quite frustrating. As we grew, it was even more frustrating not to be able to pool resources with other similar small companies and buy a group insurance plan. With the passage of the new health care reform bill that will now be possible for small business owners…

Another great thing that the new health care reform bill will do is to provide employees more freedom to move between jobs. Employees that have formerly held onto a job only because of medical benefits will now be able to move more freely between jobs - and – strike out on their own as entrepreneurs, buying their own health insurance plans.

I find this aspect of the bill principally exciting because I just left a job where a lot of of the employees stayed there for the health benefits only, something I found to be very disturbing. I had never seen such a group of hard working people. A lot of of them stayed trapped in a dead end job only because of their medical benefits. Even though some of them were very talented, they were afraid to step out into latest ventures.

With passage of the latest health care reform bill small business owners will have more access and hopefully more help connecting to cost saving group plans.

More so, you have been spending hours or even days but still only a so-so of information are found.

In one of the surveys, young people want reliable, easily understood health advice online. In one of the surveys conducted, it revealed the following:

Search Results Matter. More than half of the survey-takers revealed that they search through Google, WebMD and Wikipedia for health information. For them, search results are paramount in determining where thy would end up for health advice, among many other aspects of it.

Youth want Information Driven by Peers, Overseen by Professionals. Very true, this is what we call informal information. And in most cases, this has been the deciding factor for many people to buy a certain product. A website or information that possesses the ability to organize this informal source of information is and will always be advantageous.

Information should be Comprehensive, yet easily Digestible, Fun, and Interactive. In essence, this means that a source of information must understand that the youth are no doctors who could understand technical terms. It must be understandable to everyone who has the power to gain access to it. It must also be interactive, providing everyone the chance to discuss and share.

Anonymity can be liberating, but only in a Safe Online Place. In the online community, a lot of stories have been shared about creating negative response, which are often called cyber-bullying through anonymity. The most important thing about this is this needs to be moderated by administrators. Site owners must keep the hater out of the discussion place.

To sum everything up, this means that a site owner must spend a considerable amount of time to optimize your site for search engines. However, they must also need to go beyond expecting young people to find your site and work on creative ways of pushing out the resources. You have to go viral (no health pun intended) and look at creating applications, widgets, or videos to spread your message.

In the United States, roughly seven hundred billion dollars are wasted in the U.S. Medical System each year. The amount is equal to one-third of the nation’s total healthcare spending, which are flushed away on unnecessary treatments, redundant laboratory examinations, fraud, errors and among many others.

No one is taking this issue seriously – not even the reform bills in Washington could address it. One of the most prevalent reasons why there is such waste is the “fee-for-service” system. The system speaks about paying an amount for a medical care delivered rather than putting focus on its quality.

Although congress have been guaranteeing that there would be a healthcare reform, none of these will actually bend the curve of rising healthcare costs in America. And the victim? The Citizens. So how do you expect to curve this issue? Small Business Posts offers a ten-point agenda to solve it:

Crack Down Fraud and Abuse by Medical Practitioner

Develop a Healthy Workforce

Coordinate Care Through Family Doctors

Make Health a Whole Effort from the Community

Stop Infections in Hospitals

Get Patients to Take their Medicine

Discuss Options near the end of Life

Use Insurance to Manage Chronic Disease

Let Well-Informed Patients Decide

Apologize to the Patient

As you can see, these are just simple guides to follow. And if we were t sum it up all, it simply boils down to stop medical abuse, include the community, coordinate with doctors, discuss healthcare options and control diseases in the country.

If the country or a certain organization in it would be able to do that, then chances are healthcare costs would be more likely to cut down from 40 to 60 percent. There are a whole lot of ways and sometimes, it only entails for someone to be creative to deliver the cost-cutting results.
